Finn Glenn

As a youngster, I was absolutely fanatical about football. It was my life. As I grew older, I started to play Rugby and never looked back. The physicality and pure rush of it all had me hooked. Due to reoccurring injuries I decided to stop playing in 2012 to concentrate on coaching and weight training. The injuries were accrued over the years as a result of poor technique. Part of my fitness quest has been to help young athletes prevent any unnecessary injury by introducing them to informed training concepts which is why I visit as many schools as I can to promote proper training.
