Body By Finn is a fun, upbeat, circuit training class where we put you through an endless array of exercises that take your heart rate on a roller coaster ride. Everyone is in it together, as the time goes by you’ll become fitter, faster and stronger. Together we will have an experience you won’t forget. We want to inspire you toward a healthier lifestyle, help you feel better about yourself and be hungry for more!! We use an inspirational teaching style that definitely brings the fun factor to every session. Intensity is everything. We believe while we are exercising there are no limits to what we can achieve. We will do everything we can to motivate and push you to reach for your goals. Set your expectations high, with consistent hard work, you will get there. We will be there with you.

Beginner Bootcamp class is oriented around low impact, circuit training and light resistance training. If you are a novice to fitness classes, haven't trained in a long time or have mobility issues then Beginner Bootcamp is an ideal choice for you. This class offers an ideal foundation for greater overall health and fitness.

Fight Fitness is an up tempo fitness class set to high energy music with one purpose in mind. Get yourself fighting fit and have the time of your life doing it. Work up an awesome sweat as you blend kickboxing and MMA conditioning exercises in a fun environment with friends. Kick ass with pad work, heavy bag conditioning and plenty of partner drills. This is an intense, total-body workout which can improve strength, aerobic fitness, flexibility, coordination, and balance.

How It Works

We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Section 20 takes fitness to a new level with strength and conditioning brought to the fitness floor. If you're a fitness enthusiast you will love challenging yourself with Step Aerobics, Kettlebells, barbells, squats, box jumps, agility ladders, battle ropes and so much more. Build muscle, endurance, core stability and a genuine sense of physical power. Each class is broken into three 20 minute segments that are designed to bring the very best out of you each and every time.

Cycle Fit - Indoor Cycling

Our Unlimited Class Membership allows full access to all eligible classes that are regularly scheduled for one month. With a large selection of class times, 6 days a week, this is an exceptional value.
